Trayvon Martin Case: George Zimmerman was Judged Unfairly by The Media?

Is the neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, illegally tried to fire on television unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin? This is what some commentators say now, a month after the fateful meeting in a pair of Sanford, Fla.

Death of Mr. Martin was a shame, Fox News talk show host Bill O'Reilly said about «O'Reilly Factor" Thursday, adding that the circumstantial evidence suggests that Mr. Zimmerman may have jumped to conclusions of racial profiling and Martin, as a man any good.

But Florida Special Prosecutor Angela Corey is investigating the death of Martin, Mr. O'Reilly said, and there is no reason to Oprah Winfrey and other celebrities should demand the arrest until the end of the probe.

"When it comes to experts, I am unhappy with the peak of the court," said O'Reilly. "When it comes to parents, Trayvon, however, they should be cut some slack."

O'Reilly a conservative man, William Bennett, former education minister, went even further in terms of views on CNN on Friday. Recent revelations have drawn a more complex picture of how and Martin Zimmerman, he writes, with the former becoming part of a social democrat, a Spaniard, and the second, a teenager who was suspended from school.

Approval of Jesse Jackson that the death of Martin's shows, blacks "under attack", Spike Lee and tweeting the wrong address for parents Zimmerman, forcing a couple of innocents from their homes to show a deeper problem in the treatment of the case, according to Bennett.

"Many people do not hunt impartial justice, but also to use this crisis for personal or political, and claiming that he is a representative of the big problems of society," says Bennett.

This analysis does not account for the main feature of the case of Martin, according to critics. If this is not for the national buzz about how the Sanford Police initially treated the murder, there would be no special prosecutor to look critically at the facts. Zimmerman may have gone, despite the numerous discrepancies between his account of the meeting and other evidence.

"This is a tragedy and shame, and justice must be served," said Ms. Winfrey in a television interview on Thursday.

Charles M. Blow, columnist of opinion New York Times, on his Twitter feed on Friday listed a number of ways on behalf of the family Zimmerman, of what happened does not match what appears on the 911 and the physical location of the scene.

Among other things, said Martin Zimmerman walked behind the house, and came to him. But Zimmerman was in the car on the streets and houses have been combined, making it virtually impossible to see behind the houses, said Blow. Also, if Zimmerman turned back to his car, where family members say he did, it would be inside, before they can begin the fight.

"People, this is not rocket science. This is what common sense. I'm not Perry Mason .... We need a jury," Blow Twitter.

Fitness Zimmerman was also a problem because the police band arrives at the station for questioning, do not seem to show a broken nose and injuries other than a lawyer, Craig Zimmerman Ring said his client sustained in battle.

Mr. Ring said the video "grainy" and his brother, Zimmermann insisted on CNN on Thursday that the details of health care Zimmermann.

However, drip, drip of revelation in the media continued Friday with a funeral director, who was involved in the body, Martin told CBS he has not seen injuries, fighting, anonymous source tells New York Daily News, that Zimmerman lost his job as a guard for the fact that too aggressive.
