The F*** You singer was due to support RiRi on 14 dates, but has now confirmed he's stepped down from the tour.
According to Cee Lo's representative, it's his busy work schedule which has forced him to pull out.
The spokesperson told the NY Times: "He always puts 100 percent into his work, and with the requirement and time commitment to The Voice, on top of heading back into the recording studio and an upcoming book, he feels that he wouldn't give his fans the show that they deserve."
Green is also working on a new Gnarls Barkley record, he recently revealed. The band's last album was 2008's The Odd Couple.
