Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Kolkata, amongst a number of other states, have got their ambassadors in place in the form of celebs, so why would the national capital be left behind.
But since Delhi's most popular export in the area of entertainment, Shahrukh Khan, is already promoting for the state of Kolkata, the state has to find itself an able substitute for the objective.
