A celebrity shifting into a new neighborhood always creates a stir. It was not any different when Deepika Padukone shifted from her Bandra flat to her palatial abode in a Prabhadevi luxury highrise. And now, just a little over 6 months since her house-warming party and just a few months after images of her new house was decorated across a luxury interior decor magazine, we've heard the actress wants to sell it off.
A few sources attribute her decision to her split up along with Sidhartha Mallya early this year. Real-estate experts in the area have reportedly already started looking for prospective purchasers for Deepika's home. Our source discloses, "Talk is that Deepika isn't too interested in continuing her stay in this spacious flat on the 30th floor of the exclusive residential address. In fact, a few real-estate experts are wooing prospective clients saying the house has been done up as per the actress' desire and every aspect of the plush interiors have her private touch."
The fact that Deepika bought this flat during her days of dating Sidhartha and her subsequent split up with her beau may suggest that the actress perhaps isn't comfortable harboring feelings of both of them jointly in this home.
