Ingredients
• 3 Haas avocados diced
• 1 lime, juice
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 Chipotle Adobo sauce, chopped
• ⅓ to ½ cup red onion, diced
• 2 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
directions
A. In a large bowl, throw avocado and lime juice until well blended.
Two. Sprinkle with salt and mash with a potato masher or back of a fork, leaving whole pieces.
Three. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, Chipotle and garlic.
4. Cover and set aside for 1 hour to distribute flavors. Then serve with chips, plantain or yuca.
Makes 2 cups.
